All orders are subject to verification. You must be at least 18 years old to order a live animal, and you must live in a legal state. We will not ship hedgehogs into known illegal states. Including CALIFORNIA, GEORGIA and PENNSYLVANIA. If you purchase one and live in an illegal state the order will be cancelled. Once an order is placed you will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm, and complete the order.
Airline Shipping
Airline shipping is available to most major airports for $250 per shipment. Shipping is same day, you receive your animal within hours to guarrantee healthy and safe arrival. You can view our shipping policies, processes, and other details at www.jandaexotics.com/live-animal-transportation .
Pickup
If you are planning to pickup at our location in Kingsbury Texas, please visit our Contact Us page after checkout to schedule an appointment.
Late Fees
You have a 7 day grace period from your deposit date to schedule transportation for your baby. Every day past the 7th day will inccur a $10 per animal, per day boarding fee. If your baby is not ready go at the time of your deposit you will be contacted and the grace peroid will be set for the date the baby is available to leave.
